Does It Hurt? Pain tolerance varies among individuals, but many people describe microshading as a discomfort rather than significant pain. Is There Downtime After? There is minimal downtime after. Some redness and swelling may occur initially, but it usually subsides within a day or two. It's essential to follow the aftercare instructions. How Long Does the Procedure Take? The procedure typically takes about 2 to 3 hours, including consultation, numbing, and the actual process. What is the Healing Process Like? Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your permanent makeup appointment. Our goal is to be fair and reasonable while ensuring that our time is respected. Please review our cancellation policy below: Notification Period: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to arrive for the scheduled appointment without prior notice) will also incur the cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $200 will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. This fee is intended to compensate our artists for the time and resources reserved for your appointment. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule without incurring a cancellation fee, provided the rescheduling is done within the specified notification period. Subsequent reschedules may be subject to the cancellation fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any emergencies to us as soon as possible. Deposit Policy: For certain services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for deposits or cancellation fees.
