Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy below: Notification Period: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to arrive for the scheduled appointment without prior notice) will also incur the cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $200 will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. This fee is intended to compensate our artists for the time and resources reserved for your appointment. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule without incurring a cancellation fee, provided the rescheduling is done within the specified notification period. Subsequent reschedules may be subject to the cancellation fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any emergencies to us as soon as possible. Deposit Policy: For certain services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for deposits or cancellation fees.
